Fabio Maraschi · Systems & Software Available for new work
 Independent systems & software consultant

You focus on the craft. I build the systems behind it.

Everyone has creativity. What I do is help you execute it efficiently, at a scale you can actually maintain. I design and build the apps, automations, and operations that let creators and small businesses run like a real company, without hiring a tech team.

01  /  The idea

A creator shouldn't have to become an engineer to grow.

Most good ideas stall on the boring-but-critical parts: notifications, payments, inventory, scheduling, customer messaging. That's the part I take off your plate.

i

Put systems in place

I turn the manual, repetitive parts of your business into software that runs itself, so nothing falls through the cracks.

ii

Execute efficiently

You already have the vision. I help you ship it faster, with fewer tools, less duct tape, and a setup you can actually maintain.

iii

Free you to create

With the systems handled, your time goes back to the craft: the baking, the message, the product your customers came for.

02  /  What I help with

Hands-on help, from idea to live system.

Pick the piece you're missing, or hand me the whole thing. I work end-to-end and stay through launch.

  1. 01

    Custom apps & software

Mobile (iOS & Android) and web apps built around how your business actually works, not a template you have to bend to.

  2. 02

    Operations & back-office systems

Admin portals, inventory, scheduling, and customer messaging so you can run the business from one place.

  3. 03

    Automation & integrations

Connect the tools you already use and automate the busywork: notifications, payments, follow-ups, reporting.

  4. 04

    Launch, hosting & reliability

App Store and Play Store releases, cloud hosting, and a secure, monitored setup that keeps running after handoff.

I don't know what I would've done if I didn't have a system. You help people set up systems, so a creator can focus on the craft while you take care of the business.

03  /  Selected work

Real businesses, running on systems I built.

Two creators with very different crafts, a baker and a church, both freed up to do what they do best.

№ 01

Holy Rollz

Food & small business · iOS / Android / Web · In production

A cinnamon-roll drop business, built from idea to a business in your pocket. The founder bakes; the system runs the rest. Customers get a push notification the moment a fresh batch drops, browse the menu, see what's left in real time, and message the business directly, all from a branded app run from a single admin portal.

  • Native iOS & Android apps with a push notification for every drop
  • Real-time inventory and auto sold-out, so listings are always accurate
  • Built-in customer messaging with smart auto-replies
  • Admin portal to run drops, menu, and customers, with no code required

React Native · Next.js · Supabase · Realtime · Push / FCM + APNs · Railway

SoundBridge

Live events & worship · Used by Impact Church · In production

Real-time audio translation, so the message reaches everyone in the room. SoundBridge captures live audio, transcribes and translates it instantly, and streams it to each listener's phone in their own language. Impact Church uses it to make every service accessible to its multilingual congregation, so the team focuses on the message and the system handles the languages.

  • Live speech-to-text, translation & voice synthesis in 20+ languages
  • Listeners tune in on a branded web app, with nothing to install
  • Desktop capture app pulls audio from any source
  • Management portal with billing and secure, multi-tenant data

React · Electron · Node / Express · ElevenLabs · AWS Translate · Supabase · Stripe · Docker / AWS ECS

05  /  How it works

From call to launch in a few weeks.

A simple, low-risk process. You stay in the loop; I handle the systems.

1

Book a call

Tell me what you're building and where it's bogging down. I'll tell you honestly whether I can help and what I'd build.

2

Build & review

I design and build in focused increments and share progress so you can steer. A deposit gets us started; the balance is due at launch.

3

Launch & support

We go live, and the monthly plan keeps it running — hosting, updates, and small changes — so it keeps working long after handoff.

06  /  FAQ

Common questions.

Do I own what you build?

Yes. Once the setup fee is paid in full, the work is yours. The monthly plan covers hosting, maintenance, and support — not ownership — and you can cancel it anytime.

What's the difference between a web app and a native app?

The web app is installable on any phone with nothing to download from an app store — faster and cheaper to launch, and perfect for most businesses. A native app lives in the App Store and Play Store with push notifications and deeper device features. I start most clients on the web app and add native later if it's worth it.

What does the $300/month cover?

Hosting, security updates, monitoring, and a monthly bucket of small changes and support. Larger new features are scoped and quoted separately. No long contract — cancel anytime.

I already have a website. Can you work with it?

Usually, yes. I can build systems around what you have, or replace the parts that are holding you back. We'll figure out the right move on the call.

How long does it take?

Most first builds launch in about 2–3 weeks, depending on scope. The intro call gives you a clear timeline before you commit to anything.

Why “founding” pricing?

I'm building up a small first group of clients and case studies. In exchange for the founding rate, I ask for a little feedback and a short testimonial if you're happy. Your rate stays locked going forward.

07  /  About

Hi, I'm Fabio.

I'm a builder with an engineering and cybersecurity background, and I help creators and small businesses turn ideas into real, running systems. Where most freelancers hand you a one-off project, I think in terms of the whole operation: the app, the back office, the automations, and the day-to-day that keeps it alive.

I work hands-on and end-to-end: design, build, ship, and stick around through launch and beyond. The goal is simple: give you software that quietly does its job, so you can spend your energy on the part only you can do.
